I needed to book my elderly parents a return flight to the Middle East, I booked them out in premium and back in business class and got a fantastic deal, all the assistance they required was booked and confirmed to me soon after the booking was made. Has given me so much piece of mind for my parents as its been over 10 years since they have boarded a plane.

I was arranging a trip to South African and having to keep getting new prices for changing dates and schedules but Michael was always helpful and very professional. Also being able to pay a low deposit with the balance due in 6 months and the ability to phone up and pay off bits at a time was fab and allowed us to upgrade, downside there was a small difference in the cost of the flight for this privilege but for us it was worth it (circa £150 on a £4200 booking).
