I was arranging a trip to South African and having to keep getting new prices for changing dates and schedules but Michael was always helpful and very professional. Also being able to pay a low deposit with the balance due in 6 months and the ability to phone up and pay off bits at a time was fab and allowed us to upgrade, downside there was a small difference in the cost of the flight for this privilege but for us it was worth it (circa £150 on a £4200 booking).

It is not often that I write reviews but I have decided to do so because these guys deserve it. My experiences with them were so stress free that I can’t see me using anyone else to book my future holidays.
I recently booked a holiday to Paris and spoke to one of their Sales agents named Michael. I have to say the knowledge he demonstrated made me feel like I was in safe hands from the moment I called. Every time I spoke to him he seemed to go the extra mile to make sure that my trip was booked and ran as smoothly as possible. I really did receive a five star treatment and wasn’t made to feel like just another customer. The service I have received has wowed me and for this I cannot thank them enough.
