I recently booked a holiday to Paris and spoke to one of their Sales agents named Michael. I have to say the knowledge he demonstrated made me feel like I was in safe hands from the moment I called. Every time I spoke to him he seemed to go the extra mile to make sure that my trip was booked and ran as smoothly as possible.
