I was arranging a trip to South African and having to keep getting new prices for changing dates and schedules but Michael was always helpful and very professional. Also being able to pay a low deposit with the balance due in 6 months and the ability to phone up and pay off bits at a time was fab and allowed us to upgrade, downside there was a small difference in the cost of the flight for this privilege but for us it was worth it (circa £150 on a £4200 booking).

Dale took a great deal of trouble to use lateral vision in order to recommend the best route for us from Manchester (UK) to Florida. Several possibilities were discussed until he hit on the “Irish“ connection.
